City of Baltimore employees work hard year round to keep the City running and time is often of the essence. This is why the RSP seeks to make retirement planning and saving as easy and accessible as possible.  

The RSP believes strongly in meeting employees where they work.  Contact RSP staff to arrange for an education meeting at your workplace.  Education meetings provide employees with the opportunity to ask questions and get answers and to increase savings and enroll on the spot.  RSP staff work with all City agencies and the municipal unions and associations to schedule and conduct group education meetings that are meaningful and to the point.
